We built our website to share information about our company and our coffee; to allow you to purchase our coffees and other products and have them shipped directly to you.

The following terms govern your access to and use of the 11beans.net website, including any content and services offered via our website. By using our website, you agree to these terms.

We may revise and update these terms from time to time. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of our website following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

 

 

PAYMENT

Payment through the webshop is possible with PayPal, Payment CARDS, on site and via bank transfer. 11BEANS reserve the right to cancel orders without subject to notice on account of typos, technical errors, changes in VAT and taxes, sold out items or force majeure.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.

 

Cookies

Suggested text: If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

 


GDPR

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union. It also addresses the export of personal data outside the EU.


To be in accordance with GDPR, we agree to the following:

Any user can contact us to change what data we store about them by emailing orders@11beans.net
While we do utilize Google Analytics to track site visits and marketing performance, we don’t save any IP addresses from visits to our website.
We do not use this information, or any other, to make automated decisions.
We use shipping information to send you coffee that has either been ordered or gifted to you.

REFUNDS

Our coffee is non refundable.
We will try to accommodate cancellation requests with a shorter notice period but make no guarantees of being able to stop an order with less than 48 hours notice due to the automated nature of our fulfillment process.

 

Handling Complaints

We will in every case acknowledge complaints within 5 working days.

We will ensure that in every case the customer is advised throughout the whole procedure.

 

Who we share your data with

Suggested text: If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

 

How long we retain your data

Suggested text: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

Suggested text: When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
